The fusion of food and fitness has always been my goal.
In 2012, I studied an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, majoring in Commercial Cookery. My dedication to the art of cooking lead me to work in many prestigious establishments in Sydney and across Europe. My training began at a small cafe and I quickly blossomed into a Commis Chef at Aria Catering, working alongside celebrity Chef Matt Moran for two years. I was later promoted to the position of Chef De Partie at Chiswick in The Art Gallery of NSW. The Michelin Hotel, Villa Serbelloni, which is situated on the picturesque Lake Como, Italy, (pictured above) followed suit before I completed a six month stint as Sous Chef in the Swiss Alps, serving world leaders from a seven star private ski chalet during the World Economic Forum.
Upon my return from Europe, I decided to pursue Personal Training. Years later, I can easily say that I have enhanced the lives of many when it comes to health and fitness. I aim to continue to help people, providing them with a skillset that they can apply to the rest of their lives.
As well as Personal Training, I offer my skills as a Personal Chef for clients who are in need of calorie controlled or healthy meals throughout the week.
I have created a menu including 50+ delicious recipes that are put on rotation so my clients are never stuck with the same meals week to week. Meals are kept at the gym and clients pick them up on allocated days and times. If you don’t plan on training with me but are interested in meals, please contact me to discuss an individual arrangement.
The difference between having a personal chef cook for you versus buying meals from a meal prep company is that every element of each dish is cooked to your preference - from macro breakdown to the type/quantity of rice you like to how you want your steak done.
I’m very passionate about cooking for new clients and watching them achieve epic results without the feeling of restriction/deprivation that is associated with being in a dieting phase.
