“I started seeing Alex about 8 months before my wedding with the goal of toning up and losing as much weight as possible.
Throughout my life I had always opted for yoyo dieting and cardio to drop weight quickly, but it never seemed to stick and I never achieved the toned figure I desired.
After setting some realistic goals with Alex, she set me up on a program and guided me in making more conservative choices with my nutrition. She cooked for me in the lead up to my wedding and I was able to learn more about portion control and that I can still eat the foods I love in moderation and get results.

I can now carry my overloaded grocery bags on my own and carry my 13kg dog around my apartment like a baby with ease (both of which I struggled to do before). Personal training is now an ongoing investment that I make in myself to help me live my best life.

“Alex is brilliant. She knows her stuff and gets you the results by guiding you intuitively and really listening; a rare commodity in the fitness industry. She never shames you for making excuses and instead holds space for you, supporting you at your pace.
I fell chronically ill two and a half years ago. I went from being a super fit, lean, and incredibly active person to hardly being able to walk. I put on a few kilos, lost all my muscle, and fell into a complete rut. As my health improved, I felt confused as to why the kilos didn't melt away. Isn't that what happens when you go sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan? Instead, I put on another couple of kilos and felt horrible. I tried fasting, detoxes, low calories, and nothing stuck.
